Our Process

To begin your order process we must first review the graphic you would like embroidered or printed. For clients that are undecided, we offer both brand consultation and graphic design services.

For embroidery, your design will be transformed into a file that our machine can read. Each individual design needs its own digitization file. This is a one-time set up fee. Once we digitize your file, we save it to our system so you can reorder without having to digitize the graphic again! Set up fees must be paid to begin the order. Screen printing and DTG do not require any set up to start your order.

Each embroidery comes with a complimentary sample. We offer one free change to your design. Once your sample is approved, we will begin your order! Samples are also available for DTG orders. We do not offer samples for screen printing, stickers or labels.

Standard turn around time for embroidery is an estimated 4-7 business days after payment. For printed orders we estimate 10 -14 business days. This is dependent on our current schedule, quantity, design changes, and other factors. Guaranteed turn around and rush orders are available.
